ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We currently ship to serviceable locations across India.

Estimated delivery time is generally 3–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on the customer's location, courier service availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before the order is placed.

ORDER TRACKING

Once an order is dispatched, tracking information may be provided through SMS, WhatsApp, email, or other available communication methods.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible orders and serviceable PIN codes. COD availability will be shown at checkout where applicable.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number. SHREE AAYU TECH will not be responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCT

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with your order details and supporting photos or an unboxing video, where available. We will review the issue in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
